We like to define Sara Preceruti’s “lively cuisine”: her cooking style is free, she doesn’t follow trends but she enjoys twisting them, to surprise the guest, just like an acquada.
Sara Preceruti’s career as a chef began at the age of just 20, when she entered the kitchen of La Locanda del Notaio in Pellio Intelvi, in the province of Como, where she stayed for 11 years. Here, in November 2010, he took over the leadership of the brigade, just when the restaurant won the Michelin Star, to keep it for the following three seasons. Sara Preceruti thus entered the circuit of the best young Italian chefs, so much so that in 2013 she was awarded the “Best Female Chef” award by the Identità Golose Guide. Two years later, chef Carlo Cracco selected it for events in collaboration with the Embassy of Taste, an experience that was also repeated in 2020. In 2016 the first Acquada opens in Porlezza. In 2020 Acquada moved to Milan and began a new adventure, as a fine dining restaurant in the Italian capital of haute cuisine. Art Food & Wine was born in 2022, thanks to the entry of the entrepreneur Luca Corsini into the company, Acquada lost new life, which today is a luxury restaurant and event location, with an expert team for catering of all kinds.
